Real estate runs deep in Pam Bernhardt’s roots. Raised in a family of Realtors, with a broker mother and a sister in the business, Pam’s passion for helping people find the perfect home started early. She was a student of the University of St. Thomas in Houston and then earned her real estate license in 1974.  Pam has been guiding clients with care, integrity, and market expertise ever since.

Originally from Houston, Pam relocated to Austin in 2007, bringing with her decades of experience and a deep understanding of Texas real estate. She has been with Keller Williams since 1997, the same year her niece, Robin Barker, joined the family team. Together, they built a reputation as a Top Producing Team, known for their results-driven approach and personal commitment to their clients.

Pam’s dedication to professional excellence is backed by elite industry designations—she holds both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) certifications. Fewer than 3% of Realtors nationwide earn the CRS designation, and only about 1% achieve both—a testament to Pam’s expertise and drive for continual learning.

Pam combines market knowledge with a personal touch that keeps clients coming back and referring friends and family. She lives in Austin with her husband, Tom, and enjoys spending time with their son and daughter—both Austinites—and her two beloved granddaughters.
